Processing within 3 working days
Bulk Orders (Over 10 items)
Variable timeframe based on quantity and complexity
Express Processing
Within 24 hours (additional fee applies)
Swaps & Returns Policy
Important: Refunds are not available for custom or personalized products. Swaps apply only to business-related errors.
Swap Eligibility
We accept swaps within 24 hours only if errors were made on our part, such as:
- ✓ Incorrect size printed
- ✓ Wrong item shipped
- ✓ Manufacturing defect
How to Request a Swap
- 1. Contact our support team with your order number
- 2. Provide clear photos of the issue
- 3. We will review and advise on next steps
Product Care Instructions
Jewelry Care
- • Store pieces separately to prevent tangling and damage
- • Keep jewelry in a dry area away from moisture
- • Avoid prolonged exposure to perfumes and harsh chemicals
- • Remove jewelry before swimming or bathing
Custom Printed Products Care
- • Do not iron directly on the printed area
- • Turn garments inside out when washing
- • Use gentle wash cycles with cold water
- • Avoid high heat drying where possible (air dry recommended)
